Why are the wheels of the front and rear tires of trucks different？
The wheels are the same, convex on one side and concave on the other, but the installation position is different. If the front wheel is installed individually, put the convex side out, and the two rear wheels are put together. If the convex side is installed on the convex side, it will naturally be concave.
The rear wheel of the car has a large load, so each rear wheel is fixed with two tires. For the convenience of installation and to accommodate the brake components, the tire is designed to be concave to one side. When the two tires are together, it is only necessary to simply screw a few screws. All the car tires are designed in this way for convenience
This kind of installation method is mostly for its purpose. In order to increase its load, the front wheel is the guide wheel, which carries one tenth of the full load, so there is one wheel hub on one side, and the rear is the loading wheel. For example, take the 22.5x8.25 wheel hub as an example, its single load is 4 tons, and the rear of the trailer is three shafts and 12 wheels, which can be 48 tons. If you want to carry 48 tons of weight, and a single wheel hub on one side of the trailer needs six axles, in terms of cost, the manufacturer's abacus is very good.
